502 Bad Gateway error

We are occasionally encountering an error where the remote server returns 502 Bad Gateway during the verification process. We have successfully completed verifications and nothing changes in our code or on our end when we get this error. Do you have any idea what could cause this?

    Hi Robert,

    Please instruct end-users to speak naturally when recording audio. Phrases should have a minimum “padding” of at least 600 milliseconds between each utterance and Phrases length should be 500 milliseconds.

    If system does not find in request generated '502 Bad Gateway'.

    600ms------500ms----600ms-------500ms-----600ms----500ms-------600ms

    Make sure at the start and end we have utterance as well. Hope this answers your question.
